The elements with which we assemble  jewels are in silver or stainless steel nickel free. You can find the info related to each of the articles within the product info sheet.

We discourage the use of jewellery if affected from a serious form of allergy to other metals.

Our clay pieces must not be wet.
All pieces made of clay are treated on the surface with a varnish that makes them water-repellent to small amounts of water such as splashes. Therefore, if your jewellery should get completely wet, dry it thoroughly. Always keep your jewellery in its packaging and it will last.

All metals naturally suffer from oxidation; to avoid it, components are plated. If you want to maintain the quality of the plating, avoid showering or swimming in the sea and pool while wearing jewellery. Also avoid direct contact with perfume and cosmetic products. After wearing your jewellery, store it in its packaging away from light and dust.

Payment can be done online on the website DONNAPIDDA.IT with the following modalities:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay);
• Bank Transfer.

Postepay Payment or cash on delivery payment are not accepted.

Concerning international shipping, the cost of shipping changes based on the weight and on the country of destination and it is established while checking-out.

Shipping in Italy is done through the courier with the supplementary cost of 9€. It’s free, instead, for purchases over 79€.

Yes, each shipment travels with a waybill from the affiliated courier company. When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the status of your shipment.

Every single product is entirely handmade, so if not available at the time of order, it will be made in about 7 days. After this processing period, the shipment is entrusted to the courier, which (within the Italian territory) takes about 2-3 working days to deliver, depending on the municipality of destination.

All jewellery purchased on our site is shipped with its own packaging. In addition, you can request a gift bag. If you want to add a personalised card, please write it in the notes.

It is not possible to purchase single pieces, every component that we produce is purchased within its own jewel as a finished product.
