Cassata is the perfect example of how the succession of foreign dominations in Sicily has given rise to contaminations and stratifications, including culinary ones. Each piece in the collection is strictly handmade in all its stages, from the study and design of the model, to its creation and decoration, to the selection of finishes and stones.

Techniques: Each clay piece is shaped, air-dried, smoothed, decorated with acrylic colours and polished with water paint.
