The right of withdrawal, according to art. 5 paragraph 3 DL 186/99, is valid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product if the goods have manufacturing problems. Irregularities in the shapes or slight differences in colour from the photo of the product on the shop, are not recognized as manufacturing problems since, being handcrafted products and therefore individually handmade, they are by their very nature to be considered unique pieces.
After this period, no refund or exchange will be considered.

 However, Donna Pidda remains available to resolve any product-related issues (arrangement, suggestions on how to proceed).

The return does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. Incorrect communication from the customer on customizations will also not be considered valid for return.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an mail, within the 14- day period, to info@donnapidda.it with the subject line “Return [order number] – Right of withdrawal” stating the reasons for the return.

All costs associated with the return of products are entirely the responsability of the customer, who agrees to return the product within 10 days of the notice. The product will be refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return notice provided that:

• the returned product is intact
• accessories, gadgets, information and any gifts received with the order are also returned and that these are intact
• the product has not been used 
• the product is returned in its original packaging 

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment with which the product was purchased, unless directed by the customer. The refund may be held until proof of shipment of the product to be returned. Please note that the cost of shipping charges for the puchase of the product are not refundable under any circumstances. 

Failure to return in the manner and terms stated above will result in forfeiture of the return.
